Act completion is completely fair. But, having a r3 champion just to earn the title is completely unfair. One can have dozens of six star champs and none of them worthy of r3. I have 7 at the moment …6 -

BWCV. She covers a lot of content, specially immunities. Her sustainability is really good too.1
