He doesn't have a Rank 4, his alliance is getting pulled down with him in it. I am sure they asked him if he's okay leaving and he has to pay the bills so of course he made a video about it…2 -

Surfer and overseer have to high of prestige so they would be too useful. I'd take them off the list3
