You can already sell t4b. Just not t4 class cats, or t2a, which is fine by me. You get 200 t5b fragments for selling a t4b. Not really worth it, but if the alternative is just having it expire, it�…2 -

Personally, I'll rank up 1, 2, and 3* champs to max rank/level, 4 and 5* champs to rank 2, and 6* to whatever I think is reasonable. I try to do rank ups and sink sig stones during class advance…4 -
