I do agree that it is a visual bug but as it looks now it should regen Willpower says for each debuf and a debuf is always negative...hoods icon should be passive0 -

When hood goes invisible he gets a debuf...not a passive effect but white circled debuf of invisibility Why willpower doesnt interact with that?0 -
