Something is affecting PI and stats. All of my Champions have like 20 health and 5 attack. And the Green Goblin in Crucible had -15 health2 -

I'm working on mine right now. 8.3 and 8.4 done, 8.2 Bahamet quest explored just doing the rest. I will literally cry if I get a skill gem I have zero skill 7 stars3
