Um im no expert on gulk but doesn't he regenerate the damage back, not reduce it? Your screenshot just didn't include the regen tick3 -

If I were you I would put her at 79, so that if you ever pull her again she will be at 99. If you go over 79 then those extra stones will be wasted when you inevitably dupe her3 -
