Just a weird mechanic. The damage dealt is directly proportional to power lost, so if they don't lose any power, there won't be any damage. This is also why Vision sucks on power shield1 -

Thor is one of the oldest champs around, but he is stil considered one of the better cosmics, and is not available as a 5*. I'd say 2.5 to be safe, but it will prob be lower1
