I've actually come across a couple alliances in wars who had more officers than just members. If memory serves me correctly, one had 21 officers! Kind of ridiculous.1 -

For the game to actually work properly would be really nice. I would take constant Emergency Maintenance over the lag, freezing and crashing!1 -
