I explored 7.1 for the 25% skill t5cc this is the nexus I took tigra R3 stealthy And the random 25% t5cc I popped and got science which formed a t5cc And with that I r3 rulk Ok lastly I finally hit 1…26 -

Yes u should get willpower even without suicides. I personally have only 1 point in willpower and have maxed out recovery.5
