I mean that makes sense but what doesnt make sense is how glancing is OAAR or how it occurs 1st. Glancing occurs when you strike the champion like an evade occurs when you throw a strike, neither can…2 -

I didnt know the acronyms, I know what Offensive and Defensive ability reduction is. Both cannot happen simultaneously. A glanced hit occurs after the strike, which occurs after the target is locked …1 -

Glancing is DAAR, Micro Reflect which occurs when glancing happens would be considered OAAR, but if I shut down glancing micro reflect would never occur. Its definitely a bug.2 -

OK then its a bug because glancing is definitely a defensive ability and he shouldnt be glancing while locked on. Definitely a bug that we will have to pay for months I am sure. Thanks!4
