Not really. Besides Starburst, there are quite a few passive damage effects that Gulk is awesome against, like Dorm’s degen, Magik’s limbo, Domino’s Crit Fail, No Retreat node..1 -

Slumber effectively is a stun + power lock debuff (which is why blade and cg’s AAR can affect either one or both debuffs). It’s likely the game registers the stun debuff first, then the power lock. S…3 -
