AW Season Broken

For the past week, my alliance was not able to join AW. We were on the verge of being in Gold 3. I sent Kabam an issue with no response. We were not able to join any more wars and subsequently the season ended. We slid in standings to silver 2 which we could do nothing about. Now today, we are supposedly in the war and it says BG's are both full but none of the players in them are ones from our alliance. Anyone else experience this?

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue with Alliance War. If you haven't already, please make sure to submit a ticket to our support team so that it can be investigated. You can do so by going to the gear icon in game and choosing "Support" under the Account header.

Don’t need to put any expectation when you submit a ticket.. our alliance drop to gold2 because of kabam’s bugs in AW, costs us 2 wars.. we all submitted a ticket to address this.. in return they just say “we thank you for your help in bringing this to our attention as soon as you did. We hope that you have a great rest of your day and best of luck to you and your Alliance in this Alliance War Season! ”.. that’s it.. they won’t do anything to compensate your loss because of their mistake..”best of luck” for not getting bugs again..
