Best way to get ISO?

I have the T5B, and i know how to slowly ramp up T4CC and Gold... but lowkey having trouble bring that ISO stash up.
Can anyone give me any advice please

Our friends here have some awesome suggestions in terms of picking up ISO quickly (Thank you, everyone!).
Personally, I'm inclined to agree with the ideas here. For example, if you've gotten to Act 4, taking on the Venom boss directly is tough, but many will say is worth it in terms of energy cost, due to how quickly you can finish it. If you're looking for a quick injection of Basic ISO-8, then this is a decent place to start.
As SuperSam57 and SknZn mentioned, it's also a good idea to look for duplicates when opening Crystals, as these provide class ISO. When you use the right class ISO on the right Champion (Skill on Skill, Science on Science etc.), you get a bonus for doing so. This means that T3 Basic ISO wouldn't go as far as correct Class ISO would in terms of Gold cost.
Overall, it depends on how quickly you want to replenish your stockpile. If you need a decent amount of Basic ISO in a reasonably short amount of time, give Venom a try in Act 4. If you want more value for Gold on your ISO, definitely go to the Arena and hit the milestones to pick up the Shards.
