Missing profile/unable to chat/kicked from alliance

Today I logged in and it seems like I got kicked from my alliance. There is a question mark over my profile, and I am unable to click on it to view the full stats. Also, I am unable to chat with my friends or in global. What is going on?

    It also prevents me from joining a new alliance for whenever I click on alliance, it just leaves the screen blank.

    it seems like a visual bug, since it returned back to normal after a few minutes

    The choices made by your alliance aren't something we can assist with. However, as the other issues go, we're aware of the visual error happening with the profile images and working to get it resolved. As for issues in joining an alliance-- can you please provide screenshots to show what is happening?
