Hi I kept trying to purchase units and it said failed every time. I then had message from my bank saying that I had tried to purchase through iTunes, and it has taken all the different tries out of my account, but I have not received any credits?

    This sounds like a personal issue with your bank

    I'm sorry to hear this is happening. If they haven't shown up after restarting your game, please contact our support team via the in-game option. To do this, select the gear icon in the main screen of the app then scroll to click 'Support'. I would also recommend reaching out to Apple Support to see if they can confirm the payments.
