    It's happening more often for the last 2 months. Most in my alliance started pulling 4*s out of nowhere. I remember pulling a 4* from premium twice during the last 2.5 years I've been playing this game.

    Probably it's something to do about 4* champs rarities which are not rare anymore, they're like 3*s. As the rarity drops, your chances of pulling these increases and bam! We start to get good 4* champs from phc out of nowhere
