I received a ban of 7 days, possibly from the time I used third-party software. He had never taken that kind of punishment. Is the calendar closing affected by this?

    If you’re banned, you can’t log in. If you can’t log in, you can’t collect calendar items.

    Hey there, bans can result in missing calendar days. If they are still on the same calendar when the ban ends, a player would be able to pick up from where they left off in the calendar, though they wouldn't get an extension on the calendar. the forums aren't really the place to discuss actions taken on individual accounts though. You can find more information regarding bans here.
