    I never understood this issue. Obviously I'm signed in to my google device if it loads up my mcoc account that is ON my google device that must be signed in to work. When I see that I think, ok, I'll find another game to spend this $100 on.

    Hey mjnash666, if you're also unable to make purchases in other apps, I recommend reaching out to Google Play's support team for assistance.

    However, if you are able to make purchases in other apps and this issue is only happening with Marvel: Contest of Champions, some troubleshooting steps which may help to resolve it can be found in the links below.
