An awoken Iceman (Ice Armour), awoken Gwenpool (signature), awoken Luke Cage (signature), an awoken Ghost with Hood synergy. That's four counters to mitigate the damage/avoid damage completely.
Killmonger + Black Panther CW. That's another.
There could also be adjustments made to nodes or a cap to how much power a hero without a persistent charge starts with - so defenders can only start the fight with max two bars of power, where-as someone like Bishop whose power/persistent charge allows it, can enter a fight as an attacker with more than two bars of power.
I don't doubt that many nodes + defender synergies would be insane; but THAT is what Kabam should be tweaking; those are the nodes Kabam should be adjusting. Not "Alliances are 100% war maps and we don't like it; let's create new nodes to nerf the current meta and release a whole bunch of RNG heroes who will be insane defenders."
I agree, 20 hp would be insignificant, but it’s not 20, it’s 20%... big difference
That ability is actually just 20% . Not flat value. So u will revive at 20% of noded hp

Original post was not crying about AW defense - it was a simple question. Point of the discussion below was never ever about making our defense stronger(hence several comments about re-doing nodes in case of activating synergies), but make it more interesting, more interactive. And it was literally mentioned here several times that we are all aware also opponent defense would became stronger, I mean, it's pretty obvious, you are not the only one who figured it out, genius.
Point is for some of us it wouldn't matter - AW is now set up to be 100% cleared EVERY SINGLE TIME, does that look too hard for you? More often than not, you can even 100% clear all 3 maps and still lose the War, what sense does it make for this to become usual? There are only details that decides...besides (someone mentioned even this here before, you would just have to actually read) it was not even Kabam's original intention for Wars to be like that. That's why I said it wouldn't matter because it would of course shifted whole War paradigm where it is not a must to clear 100% every single time to actually win...
So next time you wanna contribute to discussion, better read what is discussed first Otherwise, your empty statements are misplaced.

This is something they have been working on for years but still nothing
We don't have a set timeframe for this, but rest assured knowing it is thoroughly being looked into.
