You aren't in a new season yet, war is down until the 13th while they work on changes to the war and implement the new match making system.

Don't you guys read your in-game emails and the announcements in the forums? Already said wars will be down for a week for the implementation of the new war matchmaking system. Off season only begins feb 13th to 20th and new war season begins feb 21st.

Hey there, as some have mentioned, Alliance Wars are currently not available as until the pre-season begins on February 13th. The first enlistment phase for the new matchmaking system will begin February 10th though, so you can start enlisting for an Alliance War then.
