These kind of things..happen with me quite frequently and many a times when u are doing death matches in arena..this thing just screw me up and make me lose my streak.

Hey there, sorry to hear about that. I would first recommend running through our troubleshooting steps for either iOS or Android depending on what kind of device you have.

@Kabam Zibiit I did that earlier , but in return I got a mail , just with words of apologies nothing else..this issue has led me losing arena streaks many a times..

This has happened to me a few times in the last couple weeks. I don't recall if I thought something triggered it or not on my device (Galaxy s7 Active), but I thought it happened under particular conditions. It hasn't happened enough to me to really take note. I will, if it happens again.

Ok, this just happened to me in 5* featured arena on match 8, but only on the second and third fight of the set. It began displaying properly on the 9th match again. I didn't minimize the game or use any other app the whole time.
