  1. go in game
  2. tap the cog wheel
  3. go on the left scroll down till you see the support
  4. than you can make your ticket

  Ok weird. I re logged into my iTunes account (even though I was already) and now am back to my in game account.

Any of the methods listed here will help you to send in a ticket to our Support Team, who would be the best equipped to look into any account-related issues you are having. For contacting them from within the game, the "cog wheel" from jojodeth101's instructions can be found in the top-left corner of the game's home screen. If you are having trouble getting into the game though, you can use the link Darkstar4387 provided.
