Lost my progress

I have been playing this game for the last 3-4 years I believe and had to uninstall the game bcz it would shut down every time after playing for just a few mins. No after installing it again I have lost all my progress and need help to get it all back

    1) try sending a help ticket to kabam, maybe they can help you
    2) once you do(hopefully) get your account back, link it to a kabam ID or google play/apple account so the same thing doesnt repeat itself.

    It's is linked to Google play. I have changed 3 handsets and Everytime I reinstalled the game I would just continue from where I left off but this time I'm not sure what happened

    that is awful. hope Kabam helps u asap. every once in a while fellow players are telling they lost account or progress. its scary. may be kabam should allow it to be linked with mobille no. as ppl are less likely to forget their own no. than emails n their pw.
