Didn't get the full rewards

in Bugs and Known Issues
So I received the gift from Kabam and opened a four star crusty got cap IW and the had enough shards to open a five and got a supervisor on magik but I did the get the five energy refills I was already at 10 and still am with none in the over flow and I. Not sure about the potions due to my bad memory I forgot if the they were alliance or normal also I am a conquer. I hope nobody else go this same problem but if anyone did Kabam please fix it.
