    All degen in the game is considered passive. She can phase off active debuffs. Don’t ask for a definition of active and passive debuffs 😂.

    Vtd degen is also passive. It won’t trigger stuff like maso.

    No, she only phases active DOT effects, his degen, like Bane Starburst ETC is a passive DOT effect.

    God if she phased away passive DOT she would be beyond OP.

    She can, however, go immune to the damage by using her phase with the Hood synergy.

    Hey there, as some have mentioned, Ghost can use her Phasing to convert Damage Over Time Debuffs into Fury Passives, but cannot use it to remove or convert Passive Effects like Dormammu's Degeneration. Buffs and Debuffs can be distinguished by the light border around the edge of their icons, which Passive Effects do not have.
