**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.

There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.
Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

MODOK’s Guaranteed Crit is gone!

Every 7th attack MODOK makes is supposed to hit critically but since the last update this no longer happens. It’s as if the game no longer keeps track of this game mechanic.
This is a big problem for his damage output and play style; MODOK is meant to keep track of his attacks and, every 7th, attempt to land a Heavy or Special for big damage. He also has a synergy with Ultron that changes it to every 5th which is easier to keep track of and increases his damage even further.
Unfortunately this synergy isn’t working as the game isn’t “counting” MODOK’s guaranteed critical attacks anymore.
Please restore it to its original functionality.

Would you be able to capture a video to share? From our testing it seems to be working so it would be helpful to have a bit more information.
Every 7th attack is guaranteed to be Critical, but Critical Rating is ignored. If a Special or Heavy Attack is the 7th hit, then all hit events for that attack are Critical. The Singularity Synergy with Ultron reduces this to every 5th hit.
The OP appears to be correct. This is a bug that should be fixed. I used this technique all the time. It's a big source of MODOK's damage.
