Why can't Kabam give us solid answers on WHEN the next update / hotfix will be out?

Kabam told us they will be more open, yet, all the bugs listed in the "known" category are set to "Will be fixed in an upcoming release" or "next game update".

How come we can't get an actual date on when the next hotfix will be, if Kabam said they will be more open about these things?

As it stands now, the next game update is on June 5th, that is 32 days away, and lots of these bugs are hurting the players.

The last 'hotfix' was supposed to fix Sentinel's SP1, which it did not, and going by that, the laundry list of known bugs could also be "fixed", but aren't really fixed, so that means we would have to wait 2+ months for a fix?

Why not keep releasing hotfixes, until Kabam fixes every single item on the list of bugs?
It doesn't cost anything to push a hotfix.

TLDR; We just want to know when the next patch is set to be released, is it actually 32 days away, or sooner than that?

    Is not good for them to constantly be releasing updates. They do it monthly, and sometimes a hotfix after one of those.
    So expect that Sentinel bug to be fixed next update, like in a month

    because it takes an unknown about of time to create and test hotfixes? The sentinel fix did open the window, just not as large as people were used to.

    Would you rather they just keep releasing "hotfixes" they had zero testing?

    Do you go around telling people when it's going to rain when you don't know? Of course not. If they don't have a date, they don't know so they aren't going to say. It's pretty simple.

    Cause they dont invest enough time/money/resources/people to fix bugs in a timely manner or have a clue when things will be fixed

    We do not have a date to share yet for the next game update. When it is ready, it will be announced with the changelog and more details as is usually done. Apologies for the delay on some of these fixes, but we just ask for your patience as we work on this. Thank you.
