I’m not sure where to deal with this, and I can’t seem to find where to send a ticket to support regarding this. It seems that my second account (which has had no way to my knowledge of attaining t5b catalyst fragments has the same amount as my main account, and I’m afraid that one of them may be banned. If anyone can help please let me know how to report this.

    Maybe you did a epic rift and got them? There are ways for lower accounts to get T5BS, it's just very rare.

    No, it’s still in act 4, hasn’t completed any rifts and currently has 34,225 t5b shards

    This may be just a visual display issue with your inventory, if the second account doesn't have any fragments. You can try restarting to see if it still shows up that way. But if you have any questions about items in your account, our support team can look into it for you. You can reach them by using the "Support" link in game.
