Hey @Kabam Miike @Kabam Zibiit,

The purchase limits in the announcement for a Cavalier was 3x 1k 5* shards. In game has it at 1.
Is this correct?

    So the 4* shard to 5* limit is 1. In the sigil announcement, cavalier shows having 3.

    Is this because it's a "free" sigil week?

    According to the post on the Sigil, this was supposed to be a limit of 3? Is everyone seeing a limit of 1? Is this a bug in the game or a mistake in the original post?

    I bought 1 earlier when it said the limit was only 1. Now my limit says 3, but it has me locked out of buying more.

    The purchase limit for five-star shards has already been corrected, but it doesn't let me buy the two thousand shards that I had pending

    Seems like this likely affected only a few of us as they addressed the error quickly....seems like if support just looked at submitted tickets, they could sort out those who were affected

    Just for reference the same happened to me. I bought one earlier when it was the max and now it says 0/3.
