    What about older champs that need it more we have rank ups for 2015 that need to be updated first I have a mystic 2015 I'd like to use it but jane just isnt as good iron fist is just not ideal guillotine is ok but to me I would r4 and jugs hes gotten better not ideal for r4

    Older champs will probably be subjected to full reworks sometime in the future I would assume
