Not receiving correct amount when selling class catalyst fragments

in Bugs and Known Issues
I had 2200 tier 3 mystic catalyst fragments, sold 6 tier 2 mystic cats, but now only have 780 tier 3 mystic fragments. Wanted to take my 4* Ghost Rider to rank 3.

    selling 6 t2 should get you 1380 t3 shards.

    2200+1380= 3580.

    3580-2800(fully formed t3)= 780.

    Unless you didn't get the fully formed t3, in which case, send in a ticket.

    Hey there, would you be able to check your Tier 3 Mystic Catalysts? It sounds like your Fragments should've converted into another fully formed T3. If you don't remember how many you had before, or if you didn't receive it, You can contact our Support Team to look into this. You can reach them from the game's home screen by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support".
