How can you 'find' a champion?

I've been seeing in my alliance that my teammates have 'found' champions (eg this person has found a 3 star war machine) or something. How can you find a champion and what does it mean? Just curious.

    either from arena, or they got 4/5* unstoppable colossus from loyalty store.

    Or they completed a Beginner Quest or 100%-ed a Normal Quest

    "Found" Champions are any Champion that is obtained in any method other than from a Crystal. So, rewards from the Arena, Champions purchased in the Loyalty Store, rewards for Realm of Legends, Labyrinth of Legends, from Mastering earlier difficulty Event Quests, and possible something else I'm forgetting.
