Is anyone else experiencing worse and worse glitches?

in Bugs and Known Issues
I'm trying to do variant and using hyp he will randomly start to block, drop block, dash back or forward randomly
This happened once back when doing aq and it then results in a ko
Because at this point if you get hit 5 times it's over

This is on two devices and happens constantly
The phone is new and only has issues with mcoc

The game at this point is unplayable without using items due to the constant issues

    Did a RoL run yesterday, after sp3 I usually hold block. Turns out my block didnt register and the opponent hit me with a special. Cost me a few revives

    in story mode( Ch5 Act 1)
