is anyone having problems with claiming items from their over stash?

in Bugs and Known Issues
yesterday i ran few quests and claimed few energy refills from my over-stash which worked fine.
starting last night my inventory shows 9/10 energy refill and my over stash have 2 more, but when i click "claim" the button grey-out and do nothing... still see 2 energy in my over-stash and still 9/10 in my inventory.
after exit my inventory and re-enter it allow my to click the "claim" button again but it still do the same thing.
restarted the game few times since then but it still doesn't works.
is it a global issue or should i open a ticket?
I have 9 days to claim it before it expire.

    I see someone is having problems with reading and/or the search tool, it’s a known issue posted thousands of times

    yes, they haven't fixed that bug yet but they said they're working on it

    i saw opened thread with claiming reward, not about claiming from over-stash. wasn't sure if it's the cause.
    i would've appreciate your comment more if you just added the link to that thread.
