CapIw Petrify Broken, AGAIN...

Hey guys CapIw petrifies are doing nothing against passive power gain effects again, here is a video with 3 arena encounters with passive power gain abilities displayed by:
Sym Supreme, always a passive power gain and gains power passively while changing stances depends on genetic potential
Hyperion, passive power gain buff
OG Vision, synthesis is a passive power gain
All the above should be negated/reversed with the right amount of petrify debuffs, 4 or more since there are just arena fights, but as you can see on the video below petrify just reverses healing.

where this was an issue and got fixed, apparently it is broken again, wrote on this thread did not get a response so I felt posting a new discussion was required. Hope this gets fixed asap...
