After 2 years playing banned for 718 hour...!!!

  No, I am not using any hacks. One thing that concerns me is that I have been playing MCOC on my phone with google play store linked, now my phone's screen is broken, I am playing with other phone in which I connected MCOC by kabam account. Is this the reason for banning?
