War Start Time ?? (after Daylight Saving Change)

(yes, existing events, or even the just-ended AQ Series, and the Wars that were actually taking place this past Fri-Sun and then Sun-Tues would still be based on the OLD CLOCK TIME).
BUT, we are just ending the extra 1 Day inbetween different AW Weeks, where the end of one war does NOT lead in directly into the Next War Matchmaking.
We had an entire day off, but the Matchmaking for this new Week's worth of AW (War #'s 7/8/9) are still following the OLD CLOCK ??? Today Matchmaking won’t start until 7pm Eastern.
Doesn’t Matchmaking normally happen 6-10pm US-Eastern-NY (3-7pm US-Pacific) ??
Does this normally not change to the NEW Clocks until AFTER the whole War Season is completely over ?
The extra 1 day inbetween War week’s would have been a good time to in essence “lose” that 1 hour from Daylight Change.
