For those not eligible theres the Show-Up event that you can get 15000 5* shards and 2 million gold.

And let's be real the majority of the people complaining that they can't join the main event wouldn't even be able to get to the final stages of the competition anyway. Its just pure greed that you think you'd be eligible to receive those rewards.

I think he meant that the other countries which cannot receive the non in game rewards should get the in-game rewards if they make it to the qualifiers.
If this is some tournament that would be held in game. They can just play on their phone and prove their mettle . If they make it to the required stage for those big prizes but you have shipping issues for them just give them the in-game items only.

It's not just shipping issues. It's a problem with the law in a lot of countries. A lot of red tape and hoops to jump through. A lot of giveaways from all companies exclude many of these countries due to the laws.
