Missing Max Sig Crystals and Six Star Shards

I just duped a max sig five star with the new featured five star crystal but did not receive a max sig crystal. I also did not appear to receive any six star shards from this dupe and another dupe, and my six star shard total appears to have gone down by one to two thousand instead.
Has anyone else had a similar experience? I am very confused by it.

    As you said, the Support Team is the best place to report an account issue as they are best equipped to look into things and lend a hand. Hope all goes well!
