So I can get one of each key per day right...would that be exploiting

The event is supposed to be grindable all day - just not for the shards. According to their email, you were supposed to be able to grind for the Lost Souls and Keys. I think the bug was just that it kept rewarding the shards as well.

Hey there, you are totally allowed to run multiple difficulties of the quest.
