Mag HoX passive parry bug

As you know, the Passive parrys that Mag HoX’s persistent charge gives to #Hero champs is bugged, ever since the new Magnetoes went live. For me at least, it is only the first parry that doesn’t activate. It isn’t random, which makes me think Kabam is gonna pull a sneaky on us all and restate that this “works as intended” when obviously it doesn’t.
