Failed to log in

So when I started up MCOC, I tried to ignore all of the things for new people ( I had a Kabam account and wanted to login with it once I skipped all the tutorials and stuff, but I wasn't paying attention to the messages (dumb me) and so I skipped an account question and so it loaded up but when it said failed to log in, I realized my mistake. I tried uninstalling then installing, but nothing worked. (btw this was one bluestacks which allows you to play games on pc that are originally on mobile like MCOC)

Using 3rd party applications such as bluestacks is against the Terms of Service. If your account was banned you can find further information here regarding bans.
