    Not a bug using a mystic yj on activation of sp1 applies power sting if this is for carinas challenge only fight u have to do is the electro

    Hey there, as mentioned above, the Debuffs from Yellowjacket's Special Attacks trigger when the attack is launched instead of on hit and they are Paused for the duration of the attack when fighting a Mystic opponent. You can find his full ability description here.
