Purgatory bug

Samsung Galaxy s21 android version 11
Verizon, both cellular and wifi, game version 31.1.1 , all game modes, purgatory 6* rank 1 level 25 not duped. No boosts.
Been having an issue with the end load screen taking an extra long time loading when I am using the auto fight feature. It happens every time I use her with any fight and I'm not actively touching the screen. It is taking about 15 seconds for the rewards screen to pop up.
