I've been waiting on kabam to help with a support ticket. It's been over 24 hours since I submitted the request. How long does it usually take to get a reply from kabam?

    They didn't delete it, they just closed it. That is because this is a community forum and not support. They can't help you here and you will just have to wait for their response.

    The team in the forums are not able to assist with Account Specific issues. If you have filled in a ticket, the team will reply as soon as it's possible.
