Opening BC that shows units but they don't get added to account correctly.

Please post screenshots of UNITS Before & After BC opening. You'll notice you don't all get them all...

    It’s a visual bug. When opening large amounts of crystals the game can display an incorrect number of items gained. What you actually see in stash/inventory/# of units is correct

    Hey there, just to confirm, this is a visual bug that can occur when multiple crystals are opened at once. The team is investigating this and looking for ways to resolve the issue.
