Lost 5 Awakening Gem

Gd day Kabam:

Some days ago I have used 4 general awakening gems 4*, and just noticed, no one of the champs are really awakes and the gems are lost.
Normally I do not use them, but have too much signature stones and want to use them.
Noticed when used colour gem again in one champ who suppose to be awake already.

Could you pls check my account and can get those gems back?
Or can you awake the champs..?
