Crazy lag

I have been experiencing crazy amounts of lag on every screen, except for in fight. I've had a couple of instances in fights where I have a long lag pause, but not often(like 2 or 3 times). Every other screen like pre fight menus, or scrolling through Champs is very laggy. Basically everything I click or drag it has to stop then after a moment it continues. Anyone else experiencing this??
I'm on an android S21 playing on wifi with a good connection. No problems on anything else.
