There is currently a bug with Doc Oc's SP3. When you use it as a kill shot to end a fight, the opponent doesn't die an regains the health that they would have lost.

It looks like Nebula is also showing this as an issue. We're working on getting both hers and Doc's information to our team. We'll be updating over HERE when we have the ability to.
