suspended for using android??

Has this happened to anyone?
My account was suspended for 7 days for account sharing. When I asked how this happened, Kabam refused to share evidence.I have alt account that I also play with, so I suspected that might have triggered it since I log into that device when I am out and about. Since Kabam refused to share information, I just let it go and just play with my Alt.
Today my suspension was over and I logged into the game. Since I missed 7 days of the double track, I purchased +7 so I don't miss out on getting 7 star Morbius. My credit card details are stored in my alt account so I logged out of my alt account and logged back in with the now un-suspended account. I made the purchase , collected my 7 day rewards and did a quest.
Now i have logged back in, my account is suspended for 30 days for account sharing!
My only explanation for this is that i use an android phone when I am out of the house and play on an Apple iPad at home. I log in and out of my accounts with an Apple iPad and this has never happened. I have had these accounts for years and it has never happened until now.
